1 in 3 Australians play sport or do regular exercise. And some of us have experienced muscular aches and pains afterwards which do not go away!

  • A post workout massage can help reduce pain from the exercise and reduce the likelihood of injury too.
  • Recovery time is twice as fast as rest as massage improves blood flow and removes toxins from muscles. Lactic acid is a well known toxin that accumulates in tight muscles after exercise.
  • Massage works on tight muscles to relax them and improve your flexibility and fluidity of movement.

And finally, massage can help you de - stress after a hard days work or over doing it physically. Particularly at this time of year you can feel exhausted and drained! Massage puts your nervous system into a relaxed state instead of into fight/flight mode and as a result you will sleep better and enjoy your relationships more! After all, isn't that what life is about?
