10 tips for surviving the holiday season
Tips for increasing your calm,gratitude and love for others and to reduce stress and overwhelm.
1. Be conscious of how you feel. Before you get angry stop, pause and notice what is going on .This too shall pass.
2. Focus on food, exercise and lots of water.
3. Build routines AM and PM. Go for that walk or swim. Meditate or read.
4. Do not let others rule you or boss you around. I am responsible for my emotions.
5. Talk less and listen and observe more. Be kinder to others and love others. Notice the feelings of others more too.
6. Feel more gratitude for what you have. LIfe will be more enjoyable.
7. Recognise your internal rules .- buying gifts clash with others ideas etc.?
8. Be conscious about what you eat, do, feel. Your routines. How I show up!
9. Stay focussed. Be positive and don't let rainy days get you down.
10. So, start your Xmas and New Year now!
