Posted in General by Penny Wade on 24 February 2017
Chronic inflammatory conditions are very common. Whether it be auto immune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis or Polymyalgia rheumatica and degenerative conditions such as osteoarthritis; or injury from sport or accidents, the pain can significantly impact the quality of your life, interfering with sleep, socialising and occupation choices. All taken for granted by everyone else.
* There are many herbs that can help reduce inflammation and pain such as Curcurmin, Boswellia and Devil's Claw.
* In auto- immune diseases, herbs such as Astragalus and Hemidesmus, plus supplements such as magnesium, Vit D, zinc, selenium and probiotics all help to reduce inflammation too.
* A specific diet is also important to reduce inflammation.

And for therapeutic massage, four science backed ways it can help you feel better.
And a quote on why we need to stop judging others for our own benefit.
