Chronic inflammatory conditions are very common. Whether it be auto immune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis or Polymyalgia rheumatica and degenerative conditions such as osteoarthritis; or injury from sport or accidents, the pain can significantly impact the quality of your life, interfering with sleep, socialising and occupation choices. All taken for granted by everyone else. * There are many herbs that can help reduce inflammation and pain such as Curcurmin, Boswellia and Devil's Claw. * In auto- immune diseases, herbs such as Astragalus and Hemidesmus, plus supplements such as magnesium, Vit D, zinc, selenium and probiotics all help to reduce inflammation too. * A specific diet is also important to reduce inflammation. There are many ways to tackle inflammation using herbs and supplements and this is one of the ways to do it. If you want more help please let me know.
