One that comes up frequently is to loose some kilos. You must have a goal weight in mind that may take till Easter to achieve or in other cases longer.

I run a “Shake-it professional weight management programme”. It is an easy to follow, fat loss programme, based on a carbohydrate controlled diet, good protein levels, appropriate levels of healthy fats and moderate exercise. This supports rapid and lasting fat loss. You can expect to safely lose between 0.5 and 2 Kg per week.

The Six key principles of the Shake It programme are:

  1. Replace one meal per day with a high protein, low carbohydrate replacement shake or soup.
  2. Consume 2 meals per day using a palm method to determine the meat and vegetable content. Specific fruits can replace some of the vegetables.
  3. Consume two snacks per day high in protein.
  4. Include healthy oils
  5. Exercise 40 minutes 4X per week – this is a MUST
  6. Measure ketones using ketostix. This tells you whether you are burning fat or not. A very useful diagnostic tool because it tells you how you are progressing, a very important motivator for you.

I have a brochure on the Shake It programme.
The first 8 callers 9436-0306 or /e-mailers, [email protected] to contact me will receive the mailed out brochure free.
